We ask our customers to wear masks/coverings at their discretion. Our team wear masks to protect you and your family as well as our own. If you feel more comfortable you are welcome to use our drive through or ATMs.
To comply with social distancing guidelines, the number of customers in a branch at any time may be limited based on the branch’s capacity. All customers in the branch are asked to stand at least 6 feet apart as much as possible.
Clear plexiglass partitions have been installed at teller windows, bankers’ desks and other areas in the bank where customers are served will remain in place.
NOT FEELING WELL?
Your health and safety are our top priority. We ask that If you are feeling ill or have a respiratory illness, please do not enter the branch. Likewise, if you have come into close contact with someone that has COVID-19.
ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITATION
Branches will regularly sanitize high-traffic, high-touch areas such as counters, doorknobs and ATMs. Hand sanitizer will be made available in branch lobbies for customer use.
BRANCH OPERATING HOURS
Based on the current Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations, you will notice new safety protocols have been implemented. At times some Gibsland Bank branches may be temporarily closed. Before visiting us, be sure to check the hours and availability of your nearest bank branch by calling ahead of your visit.
