This market consists of communities that are at risk of being financially underserved or distressed. We aim to provide financial products and services to residents and businesses in these areas.

Additionally, we will offer Development Services (as defined in 12 CFR Part 1805) alongside our financial products and services to enhance the social and economic conditions of the residents and businesses located in the Target Market.
